The businesses that are exceptions are required to obtain licensing under other relevant laws. Any business which requires a Trade & Business Licence and which has less than 60% Caymanian ownership requires an additional licence under the Local Companies (Control) Law. The firm is one of the leading firms in advising on the obtaining of such licences and over the years the firm has provided expert advice to numerous local and international corporate and institutional clients.
